I am so hooked on this show. Now that it's over, I can only listen to the songs because I already watched most of the episodes twice. Goodness!

Wedding planning progress:

Local - 

Confirm photographer. Engaging my ex tutee who is doing freelance now. Benc films. 

Pending videographer. Will be talking to and meeting up with some of them next week. 

NewZealand - 

Pending celebrants. 3 of them replied and we have to choose them. Not cheap, 500NZD! 

Confirm all accommodation for the whole family trip. Rather disappointed that my uncle will not be joining. He kept quiet for so long and only said he's not going when we asked them to

Start looking at air tickets. For now, it's still quite affordable. $1004 for round trip.

Our wedding hashtag is myheartisrayxin so I thought to diy some decor stuff with my *coughcough* calligraphy with quotes that have something to do with heart racing. 

I found some but don't know how we can use it.

I've been practising with the new pentel touch sign pens that I got from Tokyu hands.

Just trying to be a little more fanciful which turned out quite yucky. Well... That's what a prac is for.

Some other quotes that have nothing to do with racing. I just wrote them to try try the new pens.

insomnia rant

Only 2 cups of coffee in the day and now I'm still awake. Experienced 3 major farts from R throughout his sleep so far. Never expected him to fart so often in the short span of a few hours.

Just down a glass of our half drank moscato hoping to go to sleep soon. Turned on the diffuser with lavender smell hoping it will calm my nerves.

Bz hasn't been gd. Think the bad economy is affecting it. Well, naughty students also chased away our good students. Mega sian. Maybe that's why I can't sleep.

一切都不顺心 even wedding planning also headache because I expect too much of R. He feels that we don't need to be so kiasu, dont need to start planning so early. I, on the other hand, think that things are moving too slowly. 

I'm only comparing to the other dec brides in the whats app chat. 

Am I too kiasu? Until now also haven't gao dim pg and vg when our date is such a hot one, i haven't gotten my dress, no wedding cake, no pre wed photos/shoot until Nov... Etc. We basically only got the venue.

 Just let me rant rant rant since I cant fall asleep. 

Just got attacked by yet again another fart, only this time it's not loud but potent.

Happy International Women's Day!

I really hate it when people are unresponsive especially when I'm trying to give them business. 

For instance, my coordinator for the restaurant just doesn't seem to care whether we sign with them or not. Her replies were so slow. I was the one pushing her to give me the proposals and stuff. Now, after signing and paying half the money, she is still damn slow. I texted her yesterday to ask her for the updates that she was supposed to give me. It was late so I told her to reply me tmr.

She replied me almost immediately apologising for not reaching out to me blah blah and that she was busy. Ok, who's not busy? Then said that she will get back to me the next day. 

I told her no worries and waited for her reply. 

It is currently 954pm. Where is my reply?! Urrgh

my calligraphy spam

Uploading some of my prac pieces so I can delete the photos from my gallery that is running out of space. Have to make mental note that my next phone has to be more than 16gb.

One of my friend asked me if I was writing more of these bible verses because I converted to Christianity. The answer is no. It wasn't because I converted.

I use them as prac and at the same time learn the bible. I don't have the time to read the whole bible which is bad, I know. I probably take only 1 min to write these at most so it's a quick-fix.

I tried reading the Gospel, like 2 of them, but I just felt like I already know them from the different shows that I've watched.

Anyway I dont write these everyday la. Probably only once a week. I wish I had the time to do it everyday.

I still try to learn from other calligraphers on instagram. I imitate their work so I can learn other fonts.

Sometimes I make R give me ideas on what to write. And he would just throw some random lyrics.

Then i started looking for bible verses that are suitable for wedding diy/decoration.

I also get ideas from #biblelettering challenges on instagram to see what I want to write for the day.

Sometime I can't even be bothered to change the paper when I make mistakes. I simply cover it up, literally. Hahaha

More research for wedding diy/ideas for vows.

Was trying to find phrases that got to do with heart racing since our hash tag is myheartisrayxin 

Idk what I can do with them yet but well, the time will come when I can put them to good use. Or if anyone had any ideas, let me know. #dayrebrides

Trying to pick up another way of writing by imitating again. Why they write so nice...

Last week when I was feeling so down because of my work/business, i tried to seek shelter and comfort in God's words. 

Also, to use the new colours that I recently purchased.
