Insanity day 17 completed. 

I'm quite amazed at myself haha. I am actually so disciplined this time round. The last time when I attempt to try insanity with ray, I didn't even manage to get past week 2. 

Now, I'm doing it alone and I'm already halfway through week 3. I hope I can push through.

Feeling a little sickly now. Been sneezing all day.

INSANITY DAY 18 COMPLETED. 

Long day at work today. Actually it only felt long because I was alone. Sucks to be working alone. It's so much better when you have coworkers.
