Just sent my mom to hospital for checkup and now my sister to collect her grad gown.

 Hello Alma mater! 

It's been some time since I came back. Felt nostalgic but also lucky that I'm not here for examinations. 

The MPSH was where all the exams were conducted. 

I'm currently in the washroom conducting a pre exam ritual that I always had to do before going into the exam hall. Ok, #tmi

Having my soup for breakfast before starting insanity Day 10!

Felt a lot stronger today and managed to complete the workout better than last week. 

I even cycled on my stationary bike for another 40 mins after the workout. Hopefully all these will pay off!
