harrassment by spirit
Currently sitting beside the playground recording down my experience when it is still fresh.
The second night after we returned from Indonesia I was woken up in the middle of the night because I felt the bed shaking. At that point in time, I couldn't decide if the bed was shaking or the blanket was vibrating. I thought R was shaking his leg but it would be really unusual because he was already asleep.
I stretched my right leg (i sleep on the left) over to check if it was him.
It wasn't.

I stretched my right hand to touch the wall behind the bed to see if it was tremors from earthquakes or the aircon too strong.
It wasn't.
I realised it was something else but I was still feeling very tired from the continuous traveling so I went back to sleep hoping that I will sleep it away.
The next day, I told R about the shaking, he didn't really believe me. He told his family about it and his mom even came to talk to me.

It wasn't.

I just agreed with what she said because at this point in time I am still trying to convince myself that I was half asleep when it all happened so it should be nothing.
We invited a group of friends to come for new year celebration on 31 night not because of this incident but because we can't get enough of them at Rinjani. *coughcough*
Anyway, this particular night that R's mom talked to me was the night that R also felt what I experienced, only this time it's stronger and bolder.

He felt the bed shaking while I was in la la land. He woke up and saw a figure on top of his chest, as if like it was shaking him awake. He couldn't believe his eyes so he sat up to get a closer look. The figure, which according to him had dark smoke moving within the shape of a person, retreated.
He reached for his phone on the bedside table which was his quickest source of light. He shined it at the figure. By now, it was gone already.

Nothing.
He went back to sleep.
He shared his experience with me and I told him lucky we invited his friends to come over to increase the 人气 and see if will chase it away.
We played Avalon and drank until around 3 or 4 am. Everyone left and we went to sleep on the same bed, in the same room.

I saw him do it a few times for their relatives but I always only observe from the side. This time round, I'm the victim.

He also shared how some people vomit, rolled on the ground uncontrollably and even speak in a different voice/roared like a tiger (that particular person had a Tiger tattoo on his back) when they prayed for them.

I didn't used to truly believe such things exist until I experience it myself. I didn't need to see it. It was real. It is real.
Now, we pray loudly every night before we go to sleep.
There is still more to learn about this and I think R is kind of interested in it. He even had a debate with his other christian friends who didn't believe. Through this, we also found out that one of his friends is actually going around helping others as well. I can't wait to talk to him about it.

The things he told us on the group chat was exactly what R's uncle told us.
They're out there. We can't be afraid because once you are, you allow them to attack you.

Our feature wall finally rushed out for CNY. Not what we initially wanted but will suffice for the time being.
Proud fiancé displayed my amateur Sakura tree watercolour painting 😂 and some lettering/calligraphy that I did a few months back.

After the haunting incident, he found his way back to God and I found mine too. It is a very spiritual period for us. We have been visiting church every Sunday and pray every night before we sleep.
Unfortunately, it is still harrassing him. I haven't felt it since I shared the experience. We should probably find help before he starts work.
