Bed situation now. Yes, I am a loyal viewer of bubzvlogz! I would watch it after work at night in the comfort of my own bed. Idk why but I sort of enjoy looking at other people's life. 😂😂😂

This black mask is really good. I saw the celebrities from TW recommend it on the famous 康熙来了 show when her bag got raided. Found it in sasa and have been using it ever since.
But I'm not one who uses the mask everyday, especially sheet masks. Lazy....

Sister's friend just got us to help her with some questions for work. We just have to answer two simple questions.
1. What is your understanding of mental well being.
When my sis first told me the question, I was like, WAIT! Let me Google first. Haha
But I eventually gave a one sentence answer:

yea, so sad that I'm still not done paying for my uni tuition fee loan. I mean I can pay it back one shot but I'll be broke.
And also, I have my business financial to worry about. Whether I'm making enough money, whether I can pay my employees, whether I can make a profit, how can I increase the revenue etc etc

I lost a student today. I felt so sorry for him and myself.
Their family's financial situation is not that great so the mom told me they couldn't continue with the classes anymore.
I doubt it at first but just let it pass.
I just casually asked my student if the situation at home is really bad and how he managed to go for tuition for 1 whole year last year at another centre.

He told me that because it was PSLE Year so the family thought it was important for him to continue with tuition although they couldn't really afford it without scrimping.
He actually said that they have to eat and shop less so that he can go for that tuition.
When I heard that, I was shocked. Eat less?! Really?
Then I felt really bad for him because I couldn't help him financially.

Another student just mindlessly commented that I should not charge him money at all.
Well, kids don't really think of the consequences. Of course I can offer free classes for him but how would the other students or parents feel?
Furthermore, I always believe that everyone should be given their rightful payment should they provide a service.

For example, when I was still in the bridal makeup business, more often than not, the relatives will come over and ask if I can help them curl their hair, apply their fake eyelashes, touch up their makeup and what not for free.
I don't think I should do it for free. It is a service that I'm rendering, be it small or big, I should be the one to determine how much I should be rewarded for it.
Though sometimes I may feel like I'm ok to do then I'll do it for free, it was still my call.

Talking about bridal makeup, I really do miss it very much! This was just me practising though I didn't need to anymore last December.
Ever since I started my centre, I cut down/totally stop bridal makeup. It was more of a hobby and when I can freelance I try to.
I'm also going to help both of my sec sch gf makeup for their moms and sister. Will also be touching up and change their hair for them for their second March in.

So sorry to their MUA because now they can't earn the extra few hundred dollars for the second march in.
They're my best buds since sec sch so I'm not charging them anything. I'm sure they will help me as much as I help them at my wedding. 😀

This little thing has been outside R place for weeks. We will see the bird occasionally.
The boy is away for the week, enjoying himself with his colleagues, island hopping in a yacht around Phuket.
I'm usually more sticky like I will feel the need to text him when he's out having fun with his friends. But I've grown to become less gluey.
Since he told me earlier, I had the opportunity to arrange to meet up with my own friends. I hate it when he informs me last minute then I'll be left with nth to do.

Did my nails on Tuesday and left it to the nail artist to create. I usually don't do nail art because u need to pay extra. But I felt like pampering myself this week since my birthday is coming. So yeah to beautiful nails. 😊

Vomiting blood at the moment
It's so frustrating when they don't pay attention and tell you nonsense. #lifeofateacher
Just ended my day catching up with my friend from NUS. He's probably the only one I kept in contact from Science after I transferred to FASS.
It was so fun just chatting and learning about each other's life. Grateful so have such friends whom you can talk to so comfortably even when you don't talk to each other often.
