After hot yoga and off I went for a short 2.4km run. I officially signed up for gym membership with true fitness. Yes. I am the ultimate procrastinator. Wait until so fat then go to gym. But since I'm paying money for this I'd better make full use of it.

I have been feeling a lot more accomplished these days after exercising. I mean it was so hard to get my butt away from the chair to go for a run just one month ago but now I'm waking up at 7 or 8am everyday (Mon-Fri) to go for yoga classes and gym. 

 Good job, Xin Er! 

Post work out #selfie. Time for some real money making work in 30mins. And it's only Monday. Hang on people!

This is my brows now. Loving them so much! No makeup at all and I can leave the house immediately! #eyebrow #embroidery #nomakeup

Now that my brows are done (mostly healed) I can start putting on makeup! I was so afraid that my makeup remover will affect the brows. It's so hard to wash my face without washing the brows ok! 

Will start thinking of inspiration for makeup since I'm so free in the day now. Taking naps everyday. Omg. Feels like a pig.

Wait. 

But I wake up at 7 plus everyday (almost) to go gym.

Just went for a session of personal training today and I shared with the trainer my injuries. I was a netballer since primary till secondary school then was also in NPCC (in the past NPCC is very xiong one ok!) and ODAC in JC (ok my jc's ODAC is very slack but we still train for vertical marathon all those) so I had my fair share of sports injury. I sprained my left ankle 2 times, right ankle 3 times and my knees hurt when I run too long or when I do too many squats.

Plus! I have stiff shoulder muscle now thanks to long hours in front of my laptop. So the trainer was telling me how I should cure my sports injuries before I even think about losing weight 😢

He asked me not to run and said he doesn't believe in running to lose weight! 👏👏👏👏👏

 I hate running. It's boring. 😥 

But too bad it is the most convenient and easy to carry out activity. Just get into the proper clothing and running shoes, find a road and off you go! 

He said that my injuries are caused my tensed muscles. Don't know how true is that but I guess he's probably more pro than me. Lol. 

Should I sign up? It's quite expensive. $95 per session then 10 minutes after I left the gym he called to tell me there's a discount within these 2 days I have to sign up and I can get it at $80 per session.

 Marketing gimmick! Don't join! 

I'm sure that's what my bf is going to say if I told him what happened. I mean come on lah... why do these sales people always got to do this leh? Set a higher price then after that call to tell you hey I can give you a discount but you have to sign up within how many days otherwise no more. I used to be those who would fall for it but after much training by the bf I started to despise these gimmicks.

Maybe it's really true that he forgot about this promotion but oh well.... minus points already lo. 

Ok enough of my rant. Back to tuition :)

My Eyebrow Embroidery journey. From top left to right then bottom left to right shows you how my brows changed from 
Day 0 - No brows :( 
Day 1 - after embroidery look like 毛毛虫
Day 2 - 5 (pic 3-5) - healing period
Day 7 - AWESOME brows plus no makeup. 

It was all worth it. Slightly itchy and troublesome during the first week because I can't let the brows come into contact with water. In fact, it's still slightly itchy now. But I'm so happy with the results!

Me: Please start your essay with a hook. 

Student A: How?! 

Me: You can start by writing a quote, describe a character or a conversation.

Student A: OK! 

Starts mumbling to himself...

 Why you no pass the ball, see now lose already! 

I corrected him immediately while the rest of the students laughed loudly. 

But. 

I realized that he wrote it down in proper English. 

Why is that so? It's really strange how he can speak and write different things. Lol.

Today's make for my lunch date with bf. Laneige BB Cushion is really awesome. Really hope the year end korea trip will come true so I can stock up on these awesome BB cushion! #makeup #makeupaddict

Lunch at overeasy today with bf. We ordered exactly the same set. Lol. Same taste :)
