Personal: Hasan's Wedding

Happy New Year! I know I'm late but better late than never :) I'm finally back from my trip in Taipei. Went straight back to work immediately after I come back. I fell sick during the trip and it's stuck with me now. I hope it doesn't drag on for too long. 

In any case, this post is supposed to be about Hasan's Wedding.

Yes! I've attended my first wedding (friend, not relative). Guess this is all a part of life. You will attend many birthday parties when you're young then there's one year with many sweet 16 and another year flooded with 21st birthdays. Now, it's the wedding phase for me and next will probably be baby showers, baby 1st month, baby 1st year birthday etc and then funeral?! :X not so fast la but it's definitely coming.

This was not only the first friend's wedding that I attended, it was also the first Muslim wedding that I attended. It was held at Keppel Club.

We got blocked from the rest of the group by this centerpiece.

CONGRATS TO HASAN AND MUNIRAH!

Hasan was smiling so widely throughout and at some point slightly shy. 

 

We hung around for a bit then went over to drink outside St James.

I love attending weddings. They are all so lovely, heartwarming and happy. I hope the rest of my 2014 will be as lovely, heartwarming and happy as all these weddings.
