Makeup: Light Makeup for Watery eyes

I'm here to save you! If you're like me...nose allergy, watery and swollen eyes... (╥_╥)
I used to wake up with super swollen eyes, itchy and watery, crazily itchy and sensitive nose. I will rub my eyes throughout the night because they are mad itchy due to my nose allergy. My life sucks. But this got me quite a number of MCs when I was still studying which was sometimes considered good? haha. I mean even for adults we tend to "chao geng" here and there because life is simply too tiring. You just want to take the day off, laze around and recharge. In any case, let's get back to the makeup.

What happens is that my eyes get super sensitive and tear on the lightest touch but what to do if I have to go out to meet someone? Here's my solution for you!

1. I have oily skin so I like to spray my face with a oil control spray like Urban Decay's De Slick before I apply any makeup.
2. I applied a primer - Benefit's Porefessional which I'm loving so much now. I really want to go get the full size product.
3. Another new love of my, Catrice's All Around Concealer. I applied the green corrector around areas where I have redness.
Blend them all out!

To keep the makeup light, I chose to use CC creams and I'm using The Face Shop's Color Control CC Cream. This is really good because it comes with SPF 40 so I don't need to apply sun block before hand.
So this is how you should apply. I saw it on those Korean beauty shows. You can use a cotton bud, get all the product then pad it over your face evenly. To spread it out, you can choose to use your clean hands or use a flat top brush to blend it.

The coverage is not that good since it's supposed to be lightweight so I went in with concealers for my undereyes and crazy pimples. Then I set them with the De slick spray again and also apply a layer of Dream Matte powder to keep my face shine-free. Lastly, I applied bronzer.

For the eyes, because they are so sensitive, I can't really draw eyeliner or apply eyeshadow. Other than filling in the brows and coating it with brow gel, I simply curled my lashes and applied mascara.

And, that's it!

I hope you enjoyed the tutorial and it would help you next time when you get watery and sensitive eyes like me.
