Insanity Workout: Week 1

I've decided to record down my feelings and progress while going through this rigorous training with Insanity Workout.

Day 1 - Fit Test

I almost died doing the test. Ok, I exaggerate. But it is indeed insane. I had to push myself above my own limits in order to stay on track and continue with the workouts. But I'm glad I pulled through and tried all the different exercises. All the jumpings and stretching has made my bones crack and muscles pull to a limit I cannot imagine because I have not been in this kind of training in a long time.

I am not over weight and my BMI is actually healthy. But I do look fat. My face is round, I have a tummy and my thighs are super super big. I didn't used to be like this! So, I will strive on so I can go back to my original size otherwise it would only get more and more difficult to lose the weight as I grow older.

Day 2

I almost died again! But I feel like I'm better than yesterday. R and I managed to pull through the whole training but it was torturous! Now I'm having muscle aches all over my body, mainly my calves, thighs and lower back. I could barely walk properly in the night to go to the toilet. It's that bad.

Good thing is I really feel good that I was able to complete the workout. Langston (he intro this) said the first week is the worst because your body is still not used to the intensive workout. I hope I can hold out for this whole week and get my rest day on Monday.

Day 3

Today feels less tiring than yesterday. I wonder if it's because my body is slowly getting used to the momentum and intensity or it's just that the training today is less tiring. Nonetheless, I feel less tired and worn out than yesterday. I see this as a good sign and I am going to do my best for tomorrow!

The aim for tomorrow is to stop less and pull through the whole video!

Day 4 - 6

It feels almost the same for Day 4 - 6. I can catch up more now which I am very happy about :) Maybe the trainings got a bit less tiring. I don't know but everything is fine and I'm going on strong! I must and have to complete this 60-day challenge!

Day 7
