Makeup Tutorial: Bright Neutral Makeup
First! Start with a clean face. I always love to use a foundation primer before I do anything to my face because I have oily skin and the primer can help control the amount of oil secreted. Then, I will spread a layer of foundation all over my face with my fingers if I'm in a rush. Next, I would definitely fill in my brows. I love to use brow powder because it gives the most natural effect. As you can see from my before photos, the ends of my brows are more sparse compared to the front so I usually focus more on my ends.
I also love to go over my brows with a brow mascara to make it almost the same colour as my hair. Then, I would again apply a eyeshadow primer which helps my eyeshadow to stay on for a longer time. I mixed Naked and Buck from my Naked Palette on my crease to create the illusion of a deep set eyes. But obviously the difference won't be that big because my original eyes are already the typical asian eyes. Apply eyeliner on the upper and lower waterline and lashline. Highlight the center of the eyes and brow bones with Virgin from the Naked Palette.
I also love to contour my nose with the eyebrow powder. I would then curl my lashes and apply thick coats of mascara. Last but not least, I set my makeup with a powder.
What do you think? :)
