First trip to batam! First trip on ferry! First trip via deal.com.sg!

It's been quite a while since I travelled with Raymond. The most recent one is Hong Kong in July 2010. Wow! Now that I put it into words, that is really long.

it was a rather short trip, 2d1n. once we arrive at batam, we went to nagoya which they said was the best shopping centre there. and so, i was expecting a lot from it since they say it's "DA BEST". to my disappointment, =.="" it was the boring shopping centre i've ever been. goodness gracious! all the shops there are so repetitive.

did my manicure there. cheap! classic manicure and pedicure only for S$26. also, we bought 2 ukulele there and raymond is totally crazy over it now. personally, i also prefer the ukulele to guitar. it's so small, cute, handy and easy to play!

we went back to the resort at around 4pm (batam time). Rested a while then to SPA! whee! my 1st full body massage as well. was quite shy initially cause you can only wear your panty. :X but it was wonderful after the shopping:)

we had dinner by the sea at Harris grill. hmm..service was so-so only. we waited for almost an hour for our spring chiken only to find 1/4 chicken served.. totally angry and hungry when they served. so we sort of made a fuss out of it and got that plate of 1/4 chicken free! woohoo!

breakfast was quite nice:) but i really think hotel breakfast should have ham and bacon! ahaha. i even wrote it in the suggestion form.

tried shisha at the resort as well. wasn't really nice, i got choke quite a few times. we had the grape flavour which i really don't think i tasted any grape, or am i even suppose to taste it? haha. a bit of grape smell that's all.
