Twisted and Braided updo with headband tutorial

Just last Friday, I had this twisted undo for school. This was inspired by Bubzbeauty's hair tutorial! I added a headband in and created another similar style but with french braids! The tutorial is at the end of this post ^^

This is the details from the side. I do not have a flattering head shape i.e. it's FLAT! So, I have to pull a few strands of hair out to create the illusion of a rounder skull. Mommys-to-be or any new Mommys!!!! Please don't let your baby sleep on hard surfaces or on the back of the head for a long period of time. I had a hard time trying to conceal this imperfection. 

Other than tying it up, you can also make do with a straight hair decorated by the headband. I got this head band from Sephora in the States.

This is how it looks when you do the twisted style. It keeps the hair away from my face so I look less sloppy and more awake!

The last style is the one with french braids.

It looks a bit messy as I just had a haircut and there's a lot of short layers. But if you have longer hair than me, this style would look fantastic on you. So, master the basic braiding to get these looks!
